Mark Steele entered duty as a United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Oklahoma on April 25, 2023. Prior to his appointment, Judge Steele was a shareholder in Latham, Steele, Lehman, et. al.  During his time in private practice, he took more than 125 jury trials to verdict.  He graduated from Oral Roberts University (B.A.) and the University of Tulsa College of Law (J.D., Energy Law Journal).
