LCvR65-1 Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions.

(a)

Motion. A request for temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction shall be requested by motion filed separately from the complaint.

(b)

Proposed Order. A proposed order shall be submitted in compliance with the Procedure for Submitting Proposed Documents to the Court, available on the Court’s website.

(c)

Temporary Restraining Order Information Sheet. A completed TRO Information Sheet (Form CV-14), available on the Court’s website, should be submitted with the proposed order.
